FMM’s Shipping Policy
- A summary of your purchase and the tracking number of your shipment will be sent to you in a confirmation email once purchase has been fulfilled. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure our emails do not end up in your spam folder. You can always get in touch with us via email or whatsapp in case you do not receive your confirmation email.
- Our products are shipped using ARAMEX/DHL both domestically and Internationally.
- Shipping within the UAE is AED40.
- International and GCC orders will be charged according to overall weight of shipment.
- Customs charges and taxes in the country the product(s) being shipped to will not be fulfilled by FMM Dubai. These charges must be settled by you once the shipment arrives to its destination.
- Deliveries within the UAE should take 1-3 business days (subject to item's availability) depending on the time of day the purchase was made; Customized orders may take 5-7 working days depending on the load of production (we follow a first order in, first served basis). Orders placed on the weekend (Friday and Saturday) will be processed the next business day.
- International delivery is estimated to take 3-7 business days (7-10 business days for customized items), unless the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances. FMM Dubai will do its best to try to ship and have your order delivered as soon as possible.
- Please note that customs and public holidays may delay the estimated arrival for shipments (deliveries within the UAE will not be subject to custom charges or taxes).
- You will receive a notification via email or whatsapp once your order has been shipped.
